The Mitica project, launched as part of the 2021–27 Interreg Italy–Switzerland Programme, has as its main aim to strengthen the competitiveness of micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in the cross-border area between the province of Lecco and the Canton of Ticino, through innovation, training and skills development.

Engineering Associates has designed and developed the portal dedicated to flexible and personalised training for project participants. This digital tool has been built using the open-source Moodle platform. The Mitica portal will enable businesses to access advanced training content, developed in collaboration with industry experts, and to apply the knowledge gained in their own work context immediately.
